Our client, a Fortune 50 insurance provider, sought to transform enterprise-wide operations by setting up an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and implementing solutions beyond Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The client aimed to leverage Process Mining for monitoring and analyzing processes across various Lines of Business (LOBs), including Life & Annuities, Group, Retirement, Payroll & Finance and IT. The client faced challenges in streamlining and automating operations across multiple LOBs. Client wanted to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance overall productivity.
The solution involved implementing advanced RPA solutions to achieve end-to-end automation. Solution included automating 120+ processes, deploying 100+ bots across 6 LOBs handling 11M documents per annum.
