Problem Statement

The client was developing a new dealer management system using Dynamics 365. Application development was outsourced to an India based services company. The QA responsibility was given to Intellectt. The dealers used the application to update the leads and track them until completion of sale. Post-sales workflows were also developed. The application had integration with SAP for Billing/Finance and it was integrated to the mobile application.
